Key Responsibilities

•Lead the ServiceNow architectural design and roadmap across core modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and SPM.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
•Serve as the primary technical liaison for ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data model strategy.
•Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
•Drive CMDB maturity and discovery/service mapping initiatives, architect integrations, and conduct performance reviews to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,310 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s with 12+ years of ServiceNow experience (or commensurate experience).
•7 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in architectural or lead design responsibilities.
•Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), ITAM, CMDB, and SPM.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, workflow engines, and scripting (JavaScript/Glide), plus IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
•Experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or ETL tools, with public trust clearance required.
