Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,310 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 12+ years of ServiceNow experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •7 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in architectural or lead design responsibilities.
  • •Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), ITAM, CMDB, and SPM.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, workflow engines, and scripting (JavaScript/Glide), plus IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
  • •Experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or ETL tools, with public trust clearance required.
