Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
  • •Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs, and monitor compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and escalations; identify and mitigate third-party vendor risks.
  • •Support vendor selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including transition planning and governance.
  • •Conduct regular business reviews and manage reporting, knowledge transfer/handovers, and change/service readiness for smooth transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) with strong IT transition projects and vendor management experience.
  • •Experience managing IT transitions and governing transfers of services/processes/systems/projects/operations across teams, vendors, locations, or business units.
  • •Exposure to SIAM / multi-vendor environments (preferred).
  • •Hands-on skills with ITSM tools and reporting such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel.
  • •ITIL certification (v3/v4 Foundation or above) and Vendor Management Professional (VMP) Level.
