Job Summary

Support the development of process improvement and a QMS toolkit, equipping VF quality associates to lead continuous improvement at the factory. Guide factory QMS through training and governance, provide subject-matter expertise for high-risk programs, and conduct factory process audits. Drive quality performance using KPIs, analytics, and RCA/CAP for complex product quality and process issues, while managing quality improvement projects across regions and coaching VFQA teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development of process improvement/QMS toolkit and enable continuous improvement through quality initiatives, prevention, and risk management.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Design and Product development to ensure action plans for critical points of attention.
•Provide training and guidance to factory and VF quality teams, including with RO QAM on VCP.
•Conduct factory process audits for new factories with the RO QA Manager.
•Use metrics, analytics, and KPIs to evaluate factory performance; partner on RCA for complex problems and coordinate CAP follow-through for product quality and processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Footwear, Engineering, or related fields.
•5-8 years of relevant experience in quality management for footwear.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus).
