Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain Salesforce including user management, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and automation
  • •Manage integrations and data sync between Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other business systems
  • •Monitor and improve CRM data quality, enrichment processes, and duplicate prevention
  • •Support sales team workflows, lead routing, account assignment, and pipeline management
  • •Configure and maintain sales engagement tools, sequencing logic, and activity tracking

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience administering business systems or sales operations platforms
  • •Strong experience with Salesforce administration and Salesforce CPQ
  • •Experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach
  • •Familiarity with sales workflows, lead generation, account management, and pipeline processes
  • •Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data hygiene best practices
