•Monitor and improve CRM data quality, enrichment processes, and duplicate prevention
•Support sales team workflows, lead routing, account assignment, and pipeline management
•Configure and maintain sales engagement tools, sequencing logic, and activity tracking

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience administering business systems or sales operations platforms
•Strong experience with Salesforce administration and Salesforce CPQ
•Experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach
•Familiarity with sales workflows, lead generation, account management, and pipeline processes
•Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data hygiene best practices
