Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions professionally, including opening, closing, and maintaining deposit accounts and related services.
  • •Answer client questions and resolve issues by gathering information and providing accurate solutions.

  • •Training requirements include Secure code/caller identification process, BPM training, and DocuSign usage; ability to open accounts and complete customer file maintenance.
