Job Summary

Senior/Staff ATE Test Engineer in AMD’s Product Engineering Organization delivering test and manufacturing solutions for Enterprise NPI. Own test modules and programs, develop ATE test content, designs test hardware, and validate new features for production. Collaborate with IP design/validation teams to ensure robust test coverage, optimize test time, and maintain high quality across silicon bring-up and production.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with IP design, validation, and architecture teams to ensure comprehensive IP content coverage, and to develop, validate, and debug test patterns.
•Build and maintain test program infrastructure, leveraging the latest Best Known Methods.
•Evaluate and validate new product features, test conditions, methodologies, and test content during initial silicon bring-up.
•Conduct silicon characterization across various process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
•Correlate and release test programs for high-volume production environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience developing ATE test programs and patterns, preferably on Advantest 93K platforms, with ownership of test content and bring-up processes.
•Strong understanding of JTAG, BIST, HSIO concepts and how they map to ATE test strategies.
•Experience designing ATE loadboards and test infrastructure, including hardware and content bring-up for production.
•Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl or Python; familiarity with version control systems.
•Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (IP design, validation, architecture) and communicate technical concepts effectively.
