Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full product lifecycle for platform products and internal SaaS tools, from concept through go-to-market and iteration.
  • •Understand internal users (engineers, operations, and business teams), mapping workflows and adoption drivers.
  • •Derive insights by defining and tracking adoption, usage, time-to-value, and satisfaction from usage data and interviews.
  • •Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, onboarding guides, and changelogs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and across business units to gather requirements and balance needs into a roadmap with successful delivery and rollout.
