Job Summary

Own project execution for proprietary IFATDS software programs by managing day-to-day software development and testing, while driving cost, schedule, and technical performance. Lead scope, schedule, and budget planning for engineering design activities using Earned Value and Risk Management, coordinate across teams to identify efficiencies, and contribute to ROM and RFP estimates. Support 2-year operational plans and engineering process updates, traveling occasionally for customer events.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for proprietary software programs supporting IFATDS.
•Provide day-to-day management of software development and testing for one or more IFATDS programs.
•Guide engineering teams on scope, schedule, and budget for engineering design activities using Earned Value and Risk Management.
•Collaborate across programs and functions to identify efficiencies and communicate objectives/status to varied audiences.
•Contribute estimates (ROM and RFP responses) and operational planning over a 2-year time window, including engineering process updates.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience applying effective leadership.
•Experience in proposals and projects in an execution leadership role with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget management.
•Experience collaborating effectively and building partnerships inside and outside the organization.
•Typically requires a STEM degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years.
•U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance after day 1.
