Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks, and inspect inbound deliveries for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
  • •Prepare outbound shipments by building pallets, securing materials, and staging orders for carrier pickup; create and process shipping labels for small parcel deliveries.
  • •Pick inventory items, hardware, and accessories for daily production and installation jobs; verify accuracy of picked items and assist with staging job kits or materials as required.
  • •Restock shelves, maintain inventory bin locations, perform cycle counts, and communicate shortages or damaged goods to the Supply Chain Manager; help maintain real-time inventory levels through scanning and documentation.
  • •Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment; follow safety guidelines and forklift procedures; dispose of packaging waste and keep walkways clear.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • •Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • •Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
