Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct physical security evaluations of semiconductor fabrication facilities.
  • •Assess physical security control effectiveness across perimeter protection, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, guard force operations, visitor management, and emergency response.
  • •Identify and document security vulnerabilities affecting personnel safety, manufacturing continuity, intellectual property protection, or critical assets.
  • •Develop comprehensive security assessment reports with actionable recommendations and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • •Partner with manufacturing and site security teams to implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions, including evaluating compliance and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Engineering, or Risk Management (or related field).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security, security assessments, or security program management.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience conducting physical security reviews/assessments of industrial, critical infrastructure, or manufacturing facilities.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with access control, intrusion detection, security monitoring systems, and CCTV surveillance technologies.
  • •Prior experience within the semiconductor industry, including knowledge of fabs/cleanrooms and high-value asset protection; ability to travel up to 50% in APAC.
