Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the master schedule and timely release of purchase orders, including negotiating contracts for production materials.
  • •Procure complex items by identifying qualified suppliers, issuing RFQs, and evaluating supplier reliability to optimize price, delivery, and terms.
  • •Monitor supplier performance and manage issue resolution and recovery to ensure material flow and meet customer commitments.
  • •Develop and maintain supply/stocking and inventory strategies, including maintaining part parameters with MRP and adjusting inventory for scrap/damage/loss.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs, develop tools/dashboards, and support weekly production meetings and supplier schedules.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing business with demonstrated leadership and achieved results.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, MFGPro, AS400, etc.).
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL (active-duty military members are exempt).
  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and strong analytical/communication skills.
