Associate Product Manager

Support Product Manager(s) in defining product release requirements based on market problems, translating customer and operational needs into clear product requirements. Help shape go-to-market strategy with Product and Marketing Communications, analyze product and profitability performance (including win/loss analysis), and evaluate AI-enabled capabilities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Partner with sales, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle and represent the market through events and webinars.
