Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commodity strategies for connectors and cables/harness with focus on cost, quality, and supply resilience.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost; act as the sourcing expert for cables/harness manufacturing.
  • •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing, including managing business relationships with external contract manufacturers for supply continuity, risk, and negotiations.
  • •Partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical design specs and customize product and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Perform quote and supply chain analysis using cost breakdown and TCO, negotiate agreements, manage supplier performance metrics, and serve as primary commodity escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management and/or sourcing engineering for cables/harness/connectors/capacitors manufacturing.
  • •Ability to travel up to ~50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
