Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date trust and entity records.
  • •Prepare routine administration documents and coordinate reviews/sign-off within authority levels.
  • •Coordinate payment of trust/structure expenses with appropriate coding and evidence.
  • •Handle day-to-day communications with clients and beneficiaries, resolving queries and providing updates.
  • •Update due diligence and ongoing monitoring information, identify gaps/red flags, and escalate concerns as required.

Key Requirements

  • •An interest in trust administration and willingness to learn trust documents and legal/tax processes.
  • •Basic or intermediate experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
  • •Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed.
