Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end service delivery meets contractual obligations on time and within budget.
  • •Act as trusted escalation point for incidents, contractual deliverables, and service improvements.
  • •Manage multi-year contracts to ensure SLA compliance and financial accountability.
  • •Coordinate security incident responses with SOC, engineers, and threat intelligence, communicating risks/impacts to stakeholders.
  • •Track reporting, governance, and continuous improvement; collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Security Engineers, and Analysts to align delivery with business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in IT/service delivery/cyber roles leading complex client engagements, preferably in managed services or SOC environments.
  • •Experience overseeing end-to-end service delivery to meet contractual obligations on time and within budget.
  • •Ability to lead high-pressure security incidents, coordinating with SOC, engineers, and threat intelligence teams, and communicating clearly with clients.
  • •Experience building proactive client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and gathering feedback to enhance service quality.
  • •Ability to understand contractual financials and drive growth opportunities while managing governance and reporting.
