Job Summary

Lead technical onboarding and integration for new Lob Logistics customers and logistics partners, owning implementations from verbal commitment through the first 30 days in production. Run technical discovery, scoping, and integration planning; configure customer profiles and integrations; troubleshoot API and data issues; and coordinate postal and commingling requirements. Use APIs, JSON/authentication/webhooks, testing/UAT, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver a white-glove, production-ready launch experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own new Lob Logistics customer implementations from verbal commitment through the first 30 days in production, including technical discovery and scoping.
•Configure customer profiles and integrations across Lob Logistics systems in coordination with commingle partners, and define implementation plans and launch readiness requirements.
•Build and troubleshoot integrations with customers, diagnosing whether issues originate with the customer, Lob, partner, data, configuration, or the integration itself.
•Manage testing, UAT, go-live, and early production stabilization while maintaining a high-touch, white-glove implementation approach.
•Coordinate postal and partner setup requirements (including USPS and commingling needs) and partner with internal postal subject matter experts when deeper expertise is required.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, implementation strategy, solutions architecture, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role working with technology and systems.
•Strong understanding of business systems and data integrations, including APIs, authentication, and integration workflows.
•Experience connecting software to complex physical operations such as direct mail, print manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, shipping, payments, or EDI.
•Knowledge of USPS mail preparation and related requirements such as Intelligent Mail barcodes, PostalOne!, Mail.dat/Mail.XML, PAFs, postal promotions, and commingling.
•Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans while partnering with customer engineers and internal teams.
