Key Responsibilities

•Influence product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize critical design problems and integrate user-centric solutions into the roadmap.
•Turn qualitative and quantitative user research into product decisions with measurable business outcomes.
•Drive next-gen UX initiatives, including generative AI and conversational design experiences.
•Lead full-stack product design across user research methodologies, interaction design systems, and pixel-perfect visual execution.
•Mentor a growing team and communicate design rationale to gain cross-functional buy-in using data-informed metrics.

Key Requirements

•6+ years designing enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer B2B SaaS applications, with at least 2 years in a dedicated team lead or strategic capacity.
•Strong experience or interest in conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, or employee experience/ITSM platforms.
•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a highly related quantitative or creative technical discipline.
