Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute commissioning and startup of Eaton equipment on behalf of local service organizations.
  • •Provide the highest level of service across all field activities.
  • •Support and train local service resources during commissioning and service work.
  • •Handle technical escalations, including site visits, and ensure cases are closed with reporting to customer and internally.
  • •Collaborate with project leaders on startup processes, maintain factory contact for procedures/testing, and lead up subcontractors while performing HSE reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade certificate as an electrician (Fagbrev) or technical school education (technical vocational); Group L or Group H certification is a plus.
  • •Relevant field experience as an electrician with knowledge of backup power, switchboards, emergency power, batteries, and transformers (plus).
  • •Experience with single- and three-phase installations is desired.
  • •Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Norway or the EMEA region as needed; good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
