Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, qualify, and deliver hardware/software integration for new products, including software deployment and qualification of new software versions.
  • •Support platform and handler installation/qualification and troubleshoot bugs during handler GUI, PLC, and software stack integration.
  • •Provide continuous technical troubleshooting support and training/coaching to manufacturing technicians using response flow checklists and best-known methods.
  • •Analyze escalated manufacturing issues to identify root causes, define recovery actions using FMEA, structured problem-solving, and CAPA, and perform data analysis to mitigate sustaining excursion risks.
  • •Lead task forces and drive continuous improvements in tool and module performance, stability, and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical, Computer/Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • •5–7 years of working experience.
  • •Basic coding, database, and analysis experience including Excel, JMP, Power Platform, SQL, C++, Python, and Power-BI.
  • •Strong troubleshooting knowledge for Aguila/skyline and AIC integration within MB/AC PAN architecture (advantage).
  • •Demonstrated discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage multiple assignments and meet timelines.
