Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert consultancy to the BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams, and business projects.
  • •Provide technical oversight for IAM resources from Reckitt’s managed service partner to ensure high-quality implementations and control operations.
  • •Analyze the current Active Directory and Entra ID environment to identify technical and operational challenges and propose improvements.
  • •Support IT incident investigations to minimize impact, resume service, identify root cause, and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
  • •Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve directory services, IAM controls, tooling, and roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 4 years of Active Directory experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions.
  • •Min 4 years of Entra ID experience designing, implementing, and maintaining it for a global organization.
  • •Experience with Okta/Entra ID for both external and workforce users.
  • •Onboard and administer SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC SSO applications and users.
  • •Strong understanding of Active Directory and LDAP, with detailed hands-on experience across Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
