Job Summary

Support BAU operations and projects for Single Sign-On and directory services controls, continuously improving IAM services. Provide expert consultancy and technical oversight to internal teams and managed service partners. Analyze Active Directory and Entra ID to identify challenges, drive improvements to roadmaps and prioritization, and investigate incidents to reduce impact and prevent recurrence. Configure and enhance directory services toolsets and collaborate with identity architecture on target state solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert consultancy to the BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams, and business projects.
•Provide technical oversight for IAM resources from Reckitt’s managed service partner to ensure high-quality implementations and control operations.
•Analyze the current Active Directory and Entra ID environment to identify technical and operational challenges and propose improvements.
•Support IT incident investigations to minimize impact, resume service, identify root cause, and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
•Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve directory services, IAM controls, tooling, and roadmap priorities.

•Min 4 years of Active Directory experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions.
•Min 4 years of Entra ID experience designing, implementing, and maintaining it for a global organization.
•Experience with Okta/Entra ID for both external and workforce users.
•Onboard and administer SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC SSO applications and users.
•Strong understanding of Active Directory and LDAP, with detailed hands-on experience across Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
