  • •Explore ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces to generate concepts and stress-test assumptions.
  • •Develop sketches, end-to-end flows, prototypes, and polished UI adapted to the needs of the problem.
  • •Simplify complex AI-powered capabilities into natural, crafted experiences for everyday document users.
  • •Develop and advocate for a user-research- and data-grounded point of view through storytelling and build rationale.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with research, product management, engineering, and content strategy to move from concept to testable experience.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product design experience (or a related degree with equivalent practical experience).
  • •A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design across responsive, multi-surface experiences.
  • •Experience in early-stage, exploratory, or 0-to-1 product spaces where problem and solution are both undefined.
  • •Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping in Figma (and tools like Cursor).
  • •Comfort with ambiguity, strong UX principles/methodologies, and clear communication of complex ideas verbally and in writing.
