Key Responsibilities

  • •Own system-level technical program strategy and execution across feature delivery, product quality, and continuity of supply across the full product lifecycle.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain into executable plans aligned to customer commitments and business outcomes.
  • •Lead execution of complex, multi-disciplinary system solutions spanning PCBAs, mechanical architecture, power/thermals, operating systems, BMC/BIOS, solution software, diagnostics, validation, and test.
  • •Act as a system-level integrator, managing inter-team dependencies and surfacing systemic risks early.
  • •Establish program governance mechanisms (reviews and milestone checkpoints), manage program risks/mitigation, and publish metrics/KPIs for program health reporting.

Salary: USD 162,640 - 243,960 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning system-level hardware programs across the full development lifecycle, from architecture definition and early prototyping through production ramp and sustaining.
  • •Strong technical depth in hardware systems, including cross-functional execution across hardware engineering, BMC/BIOS, manufacturing, quality, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • •Experience driving design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability with manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
  • •Hands-on ownership of Bill of Materials (BOM) lifecycle (prototype, pre-production, production stages) with disciplined change control and configuration management.
  • •Strong program leadership and communication skills, driving alignment, resolving escalations, and influencing without formal authority across multiple organizations.
Education:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
