Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Drive renewals by assembling teams to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
  • •Coordinate with brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies and facilitate relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
  • •Lead stewardship planning and ensure overall account profitability using a value-based approach and the Client Promise Plan.
  • •Manage invoicing and receivables input/follow-up to ensure timely collections.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of appropriate risk insurance experience with account management experience.

  • •Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
