Consumer Financing Solutions Product Manager - Global Payment

Own and drive key Cash Loan business metrics across SEA regions, including P&L, adoption, conversion, approvals, losses, OPEX, and NPS. Build and execute optimization strategies to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience in partnership with internal and external teams. Monitor performance data, generate actionable insights with dashboards, and lead root-cause investigations and incident management. Lead and motivate operational staff by setting KPIs/OKRs and ensuring targets through coaching and performance management.
