Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and nurture a strong, collaborative relationship with the German Works Council and act as the main liaison for interactions and consultations.
  • •Lead and coordinate information and consultation processes, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, managing communications, and coordinating expert audits when required.
  • •Manage Works Council committees and coordinate related budgets and administrative processes.
  • •Negotiate Works Council agreements and employment-related initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and employee interests.
  • •Gather feedback from employee representatives and Works Council members, providing insights and updates to key collaborators
