Job Summary

Join Adobe’s Employee Experience team in Munich as a Labor Relations Consultant to strengthen collaboration with the German Works Council. You will lead information and consultation processes, manage committees and budgets, negotiate Works Council agreements, and advise leaders on German labor laws and employment regulations, driving aligned responses across Germany and the broader EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and nurture a strong, collaborative relationship with the German Works Council and act as the main liaison for interactions and consultations.
•Lead and coordinate information and consultation processes, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, managing communications, and coordinating expert audits when required.
•Manage Works Council committees and coordinate related budgets and administrative processes.
•Negotiate Works Council agreements and employment-related initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and employee interests.
•Gather feedback from employee representatives and Works Council members, providing insights and updates to key collaborators
