Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee order processing execution to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance.
  • •Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries, managing urgent requests, and resolving logistics-related issues in real time.
  • •Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents with minimal impact to service levels.
  • •Verify and prepare documentation (purchase orders, vendor documents, and import/export supporting documents) and maintain accurate purchase order and goods receipt records in the system.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure documentation for transportation, timber purchasing, and pallet assembly activities is accurate, complete, and compliant, including purchase orders and import/export supporting records.
  • •Create and record purchase orders and goods receipts in the system for transportation jobs, timber purchases, pallet assembly, and other goods/services.
  • •Maintain high accuracy in shipment documentation and ensure all import/export records are complete.
  • •Monitor data movements and keep associated reports accurate and timely.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external departments for assigned document submissions and transportation planning support.
