Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, daily replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure merchandising placement and replenishment excellence.
  • •Move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, resolving customer needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
