Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, pickup trucks, and other fleet equipment
  • •Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related vehicle systems
  • •Perform oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and fluid checks
  • •Repair and replace tires, brakes, suspension, steering, and other mechanical components
  • •Conduct vehicle inspections for company standards and DOT requirements and maintain repair/PM records

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license
  • •At least 6 months’ vehicle mechanic experience documented on application or resume
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair diesel-powered vehicles and equipment
  • •Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment and follow written and verbal instructions
  • •Diesel experience preferred (diesel technician/fleet/heavy equipment mechanic experience also preferred)
