Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class inbound travel customer service in a high-volume call servicing environment.
  • •Create new bookings and service existing travel arrangements for premium card members in the United States.
  • •Consult with card members to understand needs and deliver innovative, extraordinary interactions.
  • •Research, plan, and execute personalized travel experiences, including booking flights and arranging cars and/or hotels.
  • •Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to card members.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver high-end customer service in tourism, travel, or cruise and tours, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • •Provide premium customer service in inbound travel call servicing, handling calls from premium card members in a contact center.
  • •Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to adapt conversations to each card member’s style.
  • •Be computer literate and able to navigate PC and basic MS Office applications to support booking and servicing.
  • •Have basic geography knowledge to locate continents, countries, and key travel destinations; be able to work nights and weekends.
