Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the VP of OD in building OD methodology, frameworks, and tools by owning specific components and establishing processes that scale.
  • •Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess organizational health and lead end-to-end org design and operating model projects aligned to strategy.
  • •Own key change management capability components and develop change management strategies for operating model shifts and enterprise transformations.
  • •Design leadership alignment and team effectiveness interventions, including diagnostics, working sessions, and post-change team resets.
  • •Establish OD metrics to demonstrate impact, continuously improve programs, and apply automation/AI tools to accelerate diagnostics and program development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in organizational development focused on org design, change management, and team effectiveness; 10+ years preferred for large-scale transformation.
  • •Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing OD and/or change management capabilities (methodology, frameworks, governance, ways of working) in a complex, global/matrixed environment.
  • •Knowledge of a range of OD interventions and change management frameworks, with judgment on when and how to apply them in a build environment.
  • •Facilitation and leadership team effectiveness skills, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from diagnosis through implementation.
