Director, Organizational Development

Own key workstreams in building and scaling organizational development and change management capabilities. Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess organizational health, lead org design and operating model projects, and design governance and operating norms. Drive change management strategy for transformations, integrate change with learning and communications, and establish OD metrics that demonstrate impact while continuously improving tools, methodology, and interventions.
