Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee offshore teams and external service providers supporting Markets Operations.
  • •Provide primary oversight for derivatives and cross-product services including cash management, billing, payables, brokerage-fee processing, and reconciliations, with rotation-based coverage for related activities.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing across trade validation, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and brokerage-fee processing.
  • •Coach, train, and develop teams on complex products, operational processes, exception management, and cross-team coverage.
  • •Monitor operational risk indicators and governance forums; lead control reviews, engage with Internal/External Audit and Non-Financial Risk stakeholders, and track remediation to timely closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ banking experience with a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; macros and Microsoft Access experience is advantageous.
  • •A practical automation and data mindset to reduce manual processing, strengthen controls, and improve service outcomes.
  • •Experience using AI-enabled tools or lightweight programming responsibly in a controlled operations environment is valued.
  • •Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, improve client experience, and apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under pressure.
