Job Summary

Operate and support module processes for advanced semiconductor thin-film work, including running CVD/PVD processes, troubleshooting basic recipe/CH issues during runs, and implementing directed changes. Collect and share measurement/inspection data, coordinate tool time with process and metrology tool owners, and execute process sequences. Prepare wafers and cross-section samples for analysis using scanning electron microscopy, perform routine maintenance, and support productivity, quality, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare wafers for experimentation and operate reactors to perform advanced thin film processes.
•Perform basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement directed changes.
•Execute module processes, collect measurement/inspection data, and share results with the engineer.
•Coordinate with CH and metrology tool owners to align tool time, run process sequences, and feedback data.
•Carry out routine maintenance and occasionally provide overtime support for process engineering support activities.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work rotational day, afternoon, or night/overnight shifts.
•Basic understanding of semiconductor processes (preferred).
•Prior semiconductor equipment experience (candidates can be considered).
•Prior experience as a Process Technology technician in a Fab/Cleanroom area (e.g., CVD, PVD, ALD) is advantageous.
•Ability to support troubleshooting during process runs and apply changes based on engineer directions.
