Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating independently with senior customer levels.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
  • •3+ years of experience with F-15 aircraft systems or 3+ years of experience with training systems.
  • •Willing and able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally.
  • •Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
