Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze Americas gross margin performance versus budget, forecast, strategic plan, and prior year, explaining drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Prepare reporting, reconciliations, financial bridges, and executive-ready summaries for margin adjustment activity.
  • •Evaluate product cost, tariffs, inbound freight, duty, logistics costs, overhead spend, and inventory adjustments to quantify margin impact.
  • •Support quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range planning for margin adjustment accounts and assumptions.
  • •Maintain and improve reporting tools, forecast models, and planning processes, focusing on standardization, data quality, simplification, and automation leveraging AI and internal business intelligence.

Salary: USD 73,440 - 91,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin drivers, COGS, accruals, reserves, allocations, reclasses, and variance analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modeling/analytical skills, including working with large datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
  • •Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar financial reporting tools (preferred).
