Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • •Serve as primary client point of contact and lead multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Develop project execution strategy, define KPIs, and establish governance frameworks and control mechanisms for quality, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental management.
  • •Drive executive reporting and project controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management; provide strategic direction for design development to meet requirements and regulatory standards.
  • •Oversee end-to-end procurement and financial performance, including invoicing processes using D-365 and ensuring compliance with client billing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction-related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in project management or construction projects, including roles such as project manager, construction manager, procurement, or consultant.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive client outcomes, develop new business, and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • •Client management experience in a client-facing environment using advisory skills (e.g., value management, value engineering, life cycle costing).
