Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and delivery of pavement design projects ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements
•Manage project resources, timelines, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams
•Provide technical leadership in pavement investigation and maintenance design
•Mentor and develop team members, fostering effective communication and performance
•Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with UK/International engineering practices

Key Requirements

•11 years of professional experience in pavement design and pavement evaluation techniques
•At least 5 years of experience in pavement design using AASHTO/DMRB methods
•Ability to design and lead road pavement design projects
•Working knowledge of heavy-duty pavements (port and airfield) and concrete/flexible pavement design
•Chartered member or near Chartered status with UK Engineering Council (ICE or CIHT)
