Key Responsibilities

  • •Write elegant, performant, well-tested backend code and ship new and improved functionality.
  • •Work with product and engineering teams to understand feature intent, plan work, and scope larger features into actionable tasks.
  • •Reduce technical debt and communicate larger refactors.
  • •Support peers through pairing, reviewing, and mentoring, including preparing clean pull requests.
  • •Contribute to the Platform roadmap and collaborate with in-country product teams to clarify and ensure requirements are well written and understood.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • •Deep knowledge of Python and ability to write clear, Pythonic code.
  • •Strong AI expertise with an AI-first mindset.
  • •Experience working with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL).
  • •Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS).
