Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare parts for machining according to work instructions and the production order.
  • •Program CNC machines directly on the equipment (conversational programming) and input run instructions via the machine console for quick changes or small production runs.
  • •Inspect cutting tools to maintain quality and tool life.
  • •Observe the machining process and operate the machine to verify setup accuracy and detect malfunctions or nonconforming machining using measuring and control equipment.
  • •Verify dimensional and qualitative conformity of parts against the execution drawings, report issues to the direct supervisor, and maintain machines/tools and measuring instruments in good working condition.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional school or high school in machining (prelucrări prin aschiere), with a diploma/certificate for the CNC Operator role.
  • •Solid knowledge operating CNC machines: turning and milling (strung și freza).
  • •Experience in metal machining through chip removal (prelucrări prin aschiere).
  • •Knowledge of technical drawing and dimensional tolerances, including verifying machined parts during and after processing.
  • •ISCIR authorization for a crane/overhead crane with ground control, Group E.
