Job Summary

Build and lead the end-to-end operational backbone of a third-party licensed installer network across North America. Own the installer lifecycle—sourcing, certification, onboarding, QA, KPI performance, permit strategy, and offboarding—while designing playbooks from zero. Partner across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product to hit OKRs for capacity, quality, customer satisfaction, callback rates, and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the complete licensed installer lifecycle from sourcing and certification through performance management, tier advancement, and offboarding across subcontractor markets.
•Design and build the vetting and selection process for installer partners, including evaluation scorecards, reference checks, and cultural fit assessments.
•Build and scale subcontractor onboarding and recertification programs, including certification tiers, training protocols, ride-along assessments, and QA cadence.
•Develop and monitor installer KPIs (customer satisfaction, first-time completion, callback rate, on-time arrival, documentation compliance, and permit pass rate).
•Manage market-by-market permit strategy, subcontractor compensation/P&L with Finance, and subcontractor agreements and insurance compliance with Legal.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent field operations/skilled trades/contractor management experience.
•8+ years in operations, field service, or contractor management, including oversight of distributed third-party subcontractor networks across multiple geographies.
•Experience standing up operational programs from zero and writing playbooks while executing them.
•Proven ability to design contractor vetting criteria, certification and tiering frameworks, performance scorecards, and subcontractor agreements.
•Strong knowledge of independent contractor classification, licensing, insurance, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
