Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire searches across Product, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and customer-facing teams.
  • •Advise hiring managers on role scoping, calibration, assessment approach, and iteration of role requirements based on market feedback.
  • •Build and maintain pipelines without relying on inbound, including market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals, and talent pooling.
  • •Own candidate experience end to end, providing clear communication, honest feedback, and educating candidates about the company mission and journey.
  • •Run recruiting operations in Ashby independently, keeping data clean and using AI/automation for sourcing, outreach, interview intelligence, workflows, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior hires as an in-house senior recruiter with full-cycle autonomy (no sourcer/coordinator).
  • •Hypergrowth tech or SaaS recruiting experience in globally distributed, VC-backed businesses at scale-up stage.
  • •Depth recruiting Operations, with strong experience in Finance and Legal & Compliance (senior Product hiring is a plus).
  • •Multi-region recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas, including market differences in comp norms, notice periods, and candidate expectations.
  • •Hands-on ATS ownership (Ashby or equivalent), using AI/automation in your workflow and maintaining excellent remote-first organization and async communication.
