Job Summary

Drive incremental growth for Emerson FLMC Motion Control in the Central Peninsula of Malaysia by developing and expanding direct key accounts (OEM and SI). Provide technical consultation on pneumatic and electric motion-control applications, propose integrated solutions, deliver product presentations, train key accounts, and travel to customer sites to resolve issues and capture new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow market share of Emerson FLMC Motion Control by developing existing direct key accounts.
•Acquire and develop key accounts within assigned territory, focusing on OEM and SI.
•Perform analysis of customers’ strategic objectives; provide timely, professional customer-specific solutions.
•Deliver regular product presentations to existing and potential key customers; travel to customer sites to present proposals and resolve technical issues.
•Conduct product training sessions for key accounts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Mechatronics.
•Minimum eight years of relevant experience in sales engineer / application engineer roles and/or proven successful track record in the selling of motion control system solutions.
•Strong relationship builder with a strong desire to win against competition.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•To travel to visit customers in other cities within assigned territory.
