Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day document control and administrative support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities, including inbound/outbound correspondence classification reviews and destruction of classified materials.
  • •Maintain accountability databases and daily logs, process classified mail and receipts, and support reproduction and magnetic media accountability.
  • •Execute access control duties: escort visitors, maintain visitor and entry/exit logs, prepare access control badges, and support maintenance of visitor control systems.
  • •Support personnel security processing by reviewing, tracking, and monitoring clearance actions; maintain personnel security files; and conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews.
  • •Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections, perform indoctrinations and PAR/SAP nomination questionnaires processing, and provide leadership, mentoring, and QA for team members.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related security experience, including SAP experience as required.
  • •Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • •Experience with DCII, JPAS, SAPNP, and conducting SAP access eligibility and nomination processes.
  • •Able to perform classified document control tasks including classification reviews, destruction, and processing inbound/outbound classified mail.
  • •Bachelor’s degree is desired (or equivalent experience per the degree/experience mapping).
