Job Summary

Supervise and direct day-to-day housekeeping operations in public areas and on floors to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness for a luxury hotel. Lead and schedule housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments, monitor inspections, and manage supply usage while ensuring VIP guests receive attentive service. Open to Armenian residents only and based onsite at the Yerevan property.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff in an efficient manner to ensure guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.
•Check Public Areas / Floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurnished as required. If assigned on Floors, check rooms and VIP/V.V.I.P guests receive special attention to meet hotel standards.
•Coordinate with other sections of the Housekeeping Department and other Departments on matters affecting appearance and room status, follow up on outstanding issues.
•Schedule routine inspections by supervisors of all housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms.
•Control usage of amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure budget compliance and proper equipment usage.

•Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards for lobbies, corridors, restrooms, offices, and back-of-house areas, with attention to luxury brand presentation.
•Ability to lead, train, and supervise housekeeping attendants, plan work schedules, conduct inspections, and ensure consistent quality and productivity.
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards, including proper use of chemicals, equipment safety, and reporting of maintenance or safety issues.
•Experience in directing and coordinating housekeeping operations and ensuring VIP guest rooms meet hotel standards.
•This position is open for Armenian residents only.
