Maintain and manage environmental air permitting for a chemical manufacturing facility, including preparing and submitting NSR and MSS air permit amendments, renewals, and alterations. Manage and update the site’s Title V federal operating permits, coordinate with Environmental Unit Contacts and internal engineering/operations teams, and interface with TCEQ during application processes and notices of deficiency. Support compliance systems, recordkeeping, inspections, and environmental performance improvement projects.
