Key Responsibilities

•Continuously track, monitor and modify the flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations +72 hours.
•Ensure an adequate number of crew members on the day of operation to cover shortages.
•Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties.
•Continuously check duty and flight time limitations.
•Notify crew members of assignments and changes as needed.
•Prepare reports on crew utilization and rostering activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree and relevant aviation qualifications.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
•Experience or familiarity with crew rostering, flight deck and cabin crew operations, or similar operational planning is preferred.
