Job Summary

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer for the Kulim Assembly and Test site, owning complex cross-functional programs from early engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing. Establish integrated plans, govern milestones, manage schedule/cost/quality/risk tradeoffs, and drive manufacturing readiness. Lead startup teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, tooling, and partners while providing leadership communications and operational excellence during ramp and transfer certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end NPI program execution and technology transfer from Product Division/Technology Development into assembly and test manufacturing.
•Establish integrated program plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, cost) and run program governance (reviews, risk assessments, escalation, leadership communications).
•Lead cross-functional startup teams and influence stakeholders without authority to achieve shared program goals.
•Manage technical, schedule, cost, and capacity risks; perform issue investigation and root-cause analysis to align mitigations and ensure timely handoff.
•Plan and execute NPI builds through key milestones (recipe check out, power on, engineering/quality samples, factory certification, manufacturing validation) and drive ramp validation for quality, yield, and cost performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, NPI, or complex technology transfer within a manufacturing environment.
•Strong engineering fundamentals and knowledge of development, transfer, and manufacturing readiness methodologies.
•Proven track record delivering complex, cross-organizational programs with multiple stakeholders.
•Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes, TD transfer methodology, and statistical data analysis.
