Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the ERP business scope for the Fashion department by defining roadmap, schedule, deliverables, and follow-up indicators.
  • •Coordinate project work by animating business referents, workshops, and steering instances, preparing decisions, and sharing information between stakeholders.
  • •Represent Fashion business needs in Group program governance and promote synergies with other business areas.
  • •Coordinate process transformation activities, including mapping, documentation, target process definition, and testing/verification/validation phases.
  • •Track ERP program progress, identify risks, anticipate organizational impacts, and support actions to ensure smooth deployment; also manage the current ERP’s end-of-life transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • •Experience piloting transformation projects and coordinating stakeholders with varied expertise in a cross-functional environment.
  • •Ability to structure a roadmap, run workshops, support decision-making, and drive change.
  • •Strong understanding of ERP-related challenges and business processes, particularly in areas like supply chain, production, logistics, or traceability.
  • •Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and formalizing complex topics to support effective transformations.
