Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end supply chain escalation process for the Aftermarket business. Serve as the primary escalation focal for Aftermarket Planning, monitoring material shortages and delivery risks, driving cross-functional root-cause resolution, and improving escalation workflows. Use data and defined metrics to track escalation trends and supplier delivery performance, partner with Product Line leaders on spares consumption and S&OP, and support monthly planning with actionable recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, improve, and execute the Aftermarket supply chain escalation process; act as the primary escalation focal for the Aftermarket Planning team.
•Monitor critical supply chain issues, evaluate risks, analyze trends, and coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve shortages and delivery risks.
•Manage multiple concurrent escalations, including root-cause analysis, solution development, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
•Develop and enhance escalation processes, standards, workflows, and metrics to improve supplier performance and escalation trend visibility.
•Collaborate with Product Line leaders on monthly spares consumption needs and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), including step-down priority alignment and supplier performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience in supply chain, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional issue resolution or supply chain/material escalations.
•Strong understanding of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP), material requirements planning (MRP), demand planning, and inventory management.
•Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise planning systems.
