Job Summary

Translate design intent into technical manufacturing instructions and support shop-floor execution for Airbus A320 department. Own and control the integrated Manufacturing Dossier, including engineering technical information, quality control, measurement tasks, components/parts, jigs/tools, maintenance tasks, and health & safety. Collaborate with production on station enablement, standardized work, time-optimized sequences, routings/BOM/SOI updates, and feedback loops while managing work-package deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate design intent into compiled, controlled technical manufacturing instructions and support shop-floor execution.
•Maintain the integrated Manufacturing Dossier for shop-floor needs, including technical info, quality control, measurement tasks, components/parts, jigs/tools, maintenance tasks, and health & safety.
•Standardize and optimize work via standardized work, synchronized station enablement (supporting PERT creation), and time-optimized work sequences.
•Create/update/prioritize routings, BoM, and SOI based on shop-floor needs, time calculation, and work preparation golden rules per ABP processes.
•Specify industrial asset requirements (jigs/tools/tooling/machines) and manage key/recurrent work-prep issues with the Production Team, including continuous improvement and deliverable ownership.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, or non-degree holder with 3 years of Airbus experience or 5 years of industry experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent education and experience).
•3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and reading/interpreting 2D drawings.
•Ability to work with the metric system and read/interpret technical standards.
•Knowledge of Airbus IT-Tools (TiCon, Zamiz, TAKSY, DOcMaster) and SAP/R3 (Module PP/PM) is required.
