Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Build customer relationships for consumers and small businesses using Fifth Third’s products and processes, and apply a consultative sales approach. Learn to develop, coach, and lead a team, cultivate a One Bank culture, and support community initiatives while ensuring ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion.
•Provide memorable customer experiences by deepening consumer and small business relationships.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Execute a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies.

Key Requirements

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Develop and maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use consultative selling to proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Understand and apply an integrated book of business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments (FNA) to assign customers to the best banker for ongoing support.
•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment, with ability to analyze credit and financial information.
